REPORTER / CORRESPONDENT MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

रिपोर्टर / संवाददाता सदस्यता नियम एवं शर्तें

1. Membership Eligibility

1. सदस्यता पात्रता

The applicant must be at least 18 years of age and shall provide accurate, complete, and authentic information along with valid supporting documents. Any false or misleading information may result in rejection or cancellation of membership.

आवेदक की आयु 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक होनी चाहिए तथा सदस्यता हेतु दी गई सभी जानकारी एवं दस्तावेज सत्य, पूर्ण एवं प्रमाणिक होने चाहिए। गलत अथवा भ्रामक जानकारी पाए जाने पर सदस्यता निरस्त की जा सकती है।

2. Journalistic Code of Conduct

2. पत्रकारिता आचार संहिता

Members shall publish or submit only verified, factual, and unbiased news or information while maintaining the highest standards of journalistic ethics.

सदस्य केवल सत्यापित, तथ्यात्मक एवं निष्पक्ष समाचार एवं जानकारी ही प्रकाशित अथवा प्रस्तुत करेंगे तथा पत्रकारिता की नैतिक मर्यादाओं का पालन करेंगे।

Publication or circulation of false, misleading, defamatory, communal, hateful, obscene, or unlawful content is strictly prohibited.

भ्रामक, फर्जी, मानहानिकारक, सांप्रदायिक, घृणा फैलाने वाली, अश्लील अथवा कानून-विरुद्ध सामग्री का प्रकाशन या प्रसारण पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित है।

3. Personal Responsibility

3. व्यक्तिगत उत्तरदायित्व

The member shall be solely responsible for every news report, article, photograph, video, audio recording, social media post, or any other content submitted or published by him/her.

सदस्य द्वारा भेजी या प्रकाशित की गई किसी भी समाचार, लेख, फोटो, वीडियो, ऑडियो, सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट अथवा अन्य सामग्री के लिए सदस्य स्वयं उत्तरदायी होगा।

Media Bandhu Network shall not be responsible for any civil, criminal, financial, or legal consequences arising from such content.

ऐसी सामग्री से उत्पन्न किसी भी दीवानी, फौजदारी, आर्थिक अथवा कानूनी विवाद के लिए मीडिया बंधु नेटवर्क उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।

4. Press Identity Card

4. प्रेस पहचान पत्र

The Press Identity Card is issued solely for identification as an authorized member of Media Bandhu Network.

प्रेस पहचान पत्र केवल मीडिया बंधु नेटवर्क के अधिकृत सदस्य के रूप में पहचान हेतु जारी किया जाता है।

The card does not confer any government authority, public office, statutory power, or special legal privilege.

यह कार्ड किसी सरकारी अधिकार, पद, वैधानिक शक्ति अथवा विशेष कानूनी सुविधा का प्रमाण नहीं है।

Members shall immediately return the Identity Card upon suspension, resignation, or termination of membership.

सदस्यता समाप्त, निलंबित अथवा त्यागपत्र की स्थिति में पहचान पत्र तुरंत संगठन को लौटाना अनिवार्य होगा।

5. Prohibited Activities

5. निषिद्ध गतिविधियाँ

Members shall not engage in any of the following activities:

सदस्य निम्नलिखित कार्य नहीं करेंगे—

• Collect money, donations, or subscriptions in the name of the organization without written authorization.

• संगठन के नाम पर बिना लिखित अनुमति धन, चंदा या सदस्यता शुल्क एकत्रित करना।

• Demand unauthorized advertisements, commissions, or any financial benefit.

• अनधिकृत विज्ञापन, कमीशन अथवा किसी प्रकार की आर्थिक मांग करना।

• Misuse the Press Identity Card or the organization's name, logo, or reputation.

• प्रेस पहचान पत्र, संगठन के नाम, लोगो अथवा प्रतिष्ठा का दुरुपयोग करना।

• Threaten, intimidate, blackmail, influence, or misuse journalistic identity for personal gain.

• निजी लाभ हेतु किसी व्यक्ति को धमकाना, दबाव बनाना, ब्लैकमेल करना अथवा पत्रकार की पहचान का दुरुपयोग करना।

• Engage in any activity that harms the dignity, reputation, or interests of the organization.

• संगठन की गरिमा, प्रतिष्ठा अथवा हितों के विरुद्ध कोई कार्य करना।

6. Suspension and Termination

6. निलंबन एवं सदस्यता समाप्ति

Media Bandhu Network reserves the absolute right to suspend, cancel, or terminate the membership at any time, with or without prior notice, if the member violates these terms, engages in misconduct, or acts against the interests of the organization.

यदि कोई सदस्य इन नियमों का उल्लंघन करता है, अनुचित आचरण करता है अथवा संगठन के हितों के विरुद्ध कार्य करता है, तो मीडिया बंधु नेटवर्क बिना पूर्व सूचना के उसकी सदस्यता निलंबित या समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।

7. Membership Fee & Refund Policy

7. सदस्यता शुल्क एवं वापसी नीति

Membership fees, registration fees, training charges, Identity Card fees, or any other payments made to the organization shall be non-refundable unless specifically approved in writing by the management.

सदस्यता शुल्क, पंजीकरण शुल्क, प्रशिक्षण शुल्क, पहचान पत्र शुल्क अथवा संगठन को किया गया कोई भी भुगतान सामान्यतः वापसी योग्य नहीं होगा, जब तक कि प्रबंधन द्वारा लिखित रूप से विशेष अनुमति न दी जाए।

8. Confidentiality

8. गोपनीयता

Members shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding organizational policies, internal documents, official communications, credentials, and any confidential information obtained during their association with the organization.

सदस्य संगठन की नीतियों, आंतरिक दस्तावेजों, आधिकारिक सूचनाओं, लॉगिन विवरण तथा अन्य गोपनीय जानकारी को पूर्णतः सुरक्षित एवं गोपनीय रखेंगे।

9. Compliance with Law

9. कानून का पालन

Every member shall comply with the Constitution of India, applicable laws, Information Technology laws, media ethics, and all other legal provisions while performing journalistic duties.

प्रत्येक सदस्य पत्रकारिता करते समय भारत के संविधान, लागू कानूनों, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, मीडिया आचार संहिता तथा अन्य सभी कानूनी प्रावधानों का पालन करेगा।

10. Jurisdiction

10. क्षेत्राधिकार

Any dispute arising out of or relating to membership, services, or these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

सदस्यता, सेवाओं अथवा इन नियमों एवं शर्तों से संबंधित किसी भी विवाद का निस्तारण भारतीय कानूनों के अनुसार होगा तथा उसका क्षेत्राधिकार केवल जयपुर, राजस्थान स्थित सक्षम न्यायालयों को होगा।

घोषणा

I hereby declare that I have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily accepted all the above Terms and Conditions of Media Bandhu Network. I agree to abide by the organization's rules, policies, and Code of Conduct. I understand that any violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of my membership and may also attract legal action wherever applicable.

मैं घोषणा करता/करती हूँ कि मैंने मीडिया बंधु नेटवर्क के उपरोक्त सभी नियम एवं शर्तों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ लिया है, उन्हें पूर्णतः समझ लिया है तथा स्वेच्छा से स्वीकार करता/करती हूँ। मैं संगठन के सभी नियमों, नीतियों एवं आचार संहिता का पालन करने हेतु सहमत हूँ। मुझे ज्ञात है कि इन नियमों के किसी भी उल्लंघन की स्थिति में मेरी सदस्यता निलंबित या समाप्त की जा सकती है तथा आवश्यक होने पर मेरे विरुद्ध विधिसम्मत कानूनी कार्यवाही भी की जा सकती है।
